Cooking Instruction:

Covered Pan Method – soak for 15 minutes, remove excess water, rinse 1 to 2 times to remove extra starch, add water 1.75 measures; cook in full flame till boiling starts; lower the flame, cover the pan, cook for 10 to 12 minutes till 90% is cooked (never overcook); turn off the flame, keep the rice covered for 4 to 5 minutes; fluff the rice with fork/ladle, serve hot with Dal made from ORGANIC TRADITIONS® Lentils, Chana Dal, Mung Dal etc.
