Khichadi Rice (Aromatic Special)

Cooking Instruction:

Covered Pan Method (for boiled rice)– Soak for 10 to 15 min, rinse 1 or 2 times to remove the extra starch, add water 1.75 measures of rice; cook in full flame till boiling starts; lower the flame, cover the pan, cook for 6 to 8 minutes till 90% is cooked (check by pressing the rice with fingers; never overcook); turn off the flame, keep the rice covered for 4 to 5 minutes; fluff the rice with fork/ladle, serve hot with Dal made from ORGANIC CULTURE® Lentils, Chana Dal, Mung Dal etc.
