Cooking Method:
Rinse with water, add water 2 to 4 times of dal; cook in a pressure cooker in a low to medium flame till 3 to 5 whistles, remove from oven for cooling down; In Covered Pan method, cook for 15 to 20 minutes in medium flame till dal becomes tender, add salt to taste, do seasoning with ORGANIC CULUTRE® and ORGANIC TRADITIONS® Spices to prepare dal tadka, salad, soup etc.
