Cooking Method:
Soak for 8 to 12 hours, rinse with water, add water 3 to 4 times of beans; cook in a pressure cooker till 4 to 5 whistles and remove from oven. In Covered Pan method, cook for 40 to 45 minutes in medium flame till beans becomes tender. Add salt to taste, seasoning with ORGANIC CULUTRE® and ORGANIC TRADITIONS® Spices to prepare rajma chawal, curries, bean soup, salad, chili etc.
