Cooking Method:

Cooking Method – Rinse with water, add water 2.5 to 3 times of lentil; cook in a pressure cooker for a few minutes (remove after the first whistle) and cool it down. In Covered Pan method, cook for 12 to 15 minutes in medium flame till lentil becomes tender. Add salt to taste and seasoning with onion, garlic, ginger, ORGANIC CULUTRE® and ORGANIC TRADITIONS® Spices to prepare lentil soup, dal tadka etc.
